How do I join a Trip or Crew?

Ask the organizer for the invite link or invite code. Tap the link, or enter the code in the app, and you’ll join.

How do I restore a purchase?

In the app, go to Settings, then TrueLie Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. It finds any TrueLie Pro subscription on the Apple ID you’re signed in with. If you don’t see the button, Pro is already active on your account.

How do I cancel TrueLie Pro?

Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions and choose TrueLie Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. This deletes your account and personal profile.

How do I report a problem with another user or their content?

Email [email protected] with their name and the name of the Trip or Crew, and tell us what happened. We review every report.
